Get FISA right
There seem to be 2 separate issues at this time that I take great exception to with regard to President Obama. One is the disturbing inequality of the treatment between Wall St. and Main St., and the other, more to the point of this blog, is of national security. And that is why does President Obama find it necessary to allow the partners in the domestic surveillance issue more sweeping powers and secrecy, and why doesn't he go hard after the previous administration on the issue of torture and war crimes? These are huge, key issues, and I'm beginning to wonder whether Obama is actually going to bring change in crucial areas that deserve to be addressed!
